A downloadable rambling parlor game
17xx: Lo-Fi Gothic Rambling Parlor Game by JFUR
Within the bosom of Slumberwood Valley, that sleepy neighborhood of villages and hamlets which stretch from the shores of the raging Knickerbock Riversea to the feet of the endless Kaaterwaul Mountains, credulous and hard-working ramblers must reckon with ghosts, witches, goblins, and all manner of abominable fiends who would encroach upon their drafty doorstep.
Fetch thy musket and torch, for there is work to do this night! Though the stars may crash at our feet, the darkness must be kept at bay! Now is the time to take part in your very own ghost story, pray your survive long enough to tell it yourself.
This is a mini-hack of 2400 by Jason Tocci, made for the 24XX jam. Public Domain Art By Edmund Weiß (1888).
Now with two locations, a sailor, and extra tables for hauntings!
